Law enforcement training often includes techniques such as pressure points, joint manipulation, chokes, strangles, and striking. In many cases, if not most, an encounter with the police in which “pain and COMPLIANCE” techniques are employed ends in injury, great bodily harm and even death. Compliance is the overarching goal of the police. Indeed, the police are a cult of compliance. This cult of compliance is a problem.
